IQ has taken its first step towards shared residential complexes with exceptional standards that required an engineering philosophy and precise dimensions for the lengths of The Park land.
The outputs were shared residential units on three streets and three buildings overlooking a large courtyard.
The gains were the distribution of movement among the population and ensuring the achievement of calm and the sustainability of air movement.
